Parking Lot Vandalism

I parked my car overnight in my neighbourhood. When I returned to my car, I noticed scratches all over the driver side and damage to my front bumper. My car had been keyed and hit with a solid object (maybe with a car). I called my insurance and had a police report done. It took 9 weeks to get my car back. Make sure to park in an area where you know it is safe. Advice for others: Try to keep your car in a well lit area of parking lot. If you can locate a camera, that would be even better.
